These are the complete rules of Ludāgora's Launch Contest. What it says here is what we will do, and we don't change it along the way.
1. What this contest is
It is a contest of merit: whoever earns the most points inside the contest window wins. It is not a raffle, a sweepstake, or a game of chance. There is no urn, no numbers, no luck involved: the outcome is decided solely by what each participant does on the platform.
Ludāgora runs it. Entering is free and requires no purchase.

All times are Colombian time (Bogotá).
Only points earned between the opening and the cutoff count. Points you already had stay in your account and remain visible on your profile, but they don't compete in this contest, so everyone starts level on day one.
3. Prizes
The prizes are the ones shown on this page's podium, and they are awarded in that order: the highest tally takes the first one.
They are awarded as store credit, so winners pick their own game. They are not paid in cash, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
Sponsorship: SonGeniales funds 20% of the prize plan. Ludāgora covers the rest.
4. Who can enter
- Be 18 or older.
- Reside in Colombia.
- Have a Ludāgora account (signup is via Facebook and is free).
- One account per person. Creating extra accounts to earn points disqualifies every account involved.
People who work at Ludāgora and their immediate family cannot enter.
5. How points are earned
Points are earned for the deeds in the tariff further up this page, at the values that tariff shows live. We set those values and may adjust them during the contest; if we do, the tariff shows the new numbers immediately. Points you have already earned keep the value they had when you earned them.
Invite rewards carry two limits, and their current values are published alongside the tariff: they pay for up to a maximum number of invitees per day per user, and an invitee's welcome points apply only to freshly created accounts.
Points that don't count. We void points obtained through fake or duplicate listings, bids on your own listings or bids coordinated to inflate points, duplicate accounts, or any manoeuvre whose only purpose is to accumulate points with no real intent to buy, sell or trade. If that changes your place, your place changes.
6. How the result is decided
At the cutoff we rank participants by the points they earned inside the window. The three highest tallies win, in order: the highest takes the first prize.
Ties: if two participants finish level, the one who reached that total first wins (by the timestamp on the points record).
Your place is private while the contest runs. Every participant can see their own place in their points dashboard, and nobody can see anyone else's. So no one is discouraged by a public table, and no one knows how far ahead the person above them is. At the close, we publish the three winners with their totals.
You can audit your own points at any time in your dashboard: every point you have earned appears with its date and its reason.
7. How we notify, and how to claim
We contact winners by WhatsApp or email, using their account details, as soon as the count closes. We announce them publicly on the publication date in the table above, on our social channels and on the platform, with name and total.
You have until the claim deadline in that same table to reply and claim your prize. If we cannot reach you, or you don't reply within that window, the prize passes to the next place on the standings. Keep your WhatsApp number verified and current.
8. Changes
The dates and prizes in these rules are fixed. We would only change them for force majeure, meaning something outside our control that prevents us delivering what we promised. In that case we would announce it on the same channels where we promoted the contest, explaining what changed and why. The per-action point values can be adjusted during the contest, as explained in section 5.
9. Personal data
Entering requires no data beyond what your account already uses. By winning, you authorise us to publish your name and your total in the winners announcement. Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy and Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012.
