Data deletion

At Ludāgora you can ask us to delete your personal data at any time. This page explains what data we store and how to request its deletion.

What data we collect

When you sign in with Facebook or with Google, we receive the following from your profile with that provider:

• Your name.
• Your email address.
• Your profile picture.
• Your user ID with that provider.

If you connected both to the same account, we store both connections. Deleting your account deletes them along with everything else.

We also generate data of your own as you use the platform, such as your bids, your auctions and listings, your game history (favorites, wishlist), and your preferences.

How to request deletion

Write to us at contacto@ludagora.com from the same email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my data". Using your account email helps us identify you faster, but if you write from a different address we will verify your identity before proceeding.

How long it takes

We will complete the deletion within 30 days of your request. We will confirm by email once it is done.

Deletion is permanent

Deletion permanently removes your user record and its associated data (bids, auctions, listings, favorites, and so on) from our systems. This action cannot be undone. We may retain minimal information only where Colombian law requires us to do so.
